We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mechanic/Technician with expertise in servicing, inspecting, and diagnosing issues with diesel trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining necessary repairs and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will also be tasked with maintaining and caring for shop equipment and tools, keeping a clean and organized workspace, and providing suggestions for equipment improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork and safety. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engines, and electrical components
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
Proven experience in Diesel equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Valid NM Driver's License
